Please note that we are a very busy shop; both on-line & in-person.  Our customer base is over 5000 & growing strong!   Should we not get to the phone it means we may be busy with another customer.  Feel free to call us back should we not get to the phone the first time you call :)   We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours.

Pre-Orders:   

Some of the products listed on our site are "pre-orders" ... this means that our inventory has not yet arrived or that it is a special order item.  Once our inventory does arrive, all pre-orders are filled, in the order we received them, as quickly as possible.  Payments for pre-orders is not processed until we are ready to ship your items to you.    All pre-orders must be in a separate order - please do not include regular merchandise with your pre-order - we truly appreciate your assistance with this as it makes tracking orders much easier :)

Design with our Monthly Kits!

Become a Customer Designer for one of our monthly kits!    Our business would not be what it is today, without YOU - our customers!   We thought it was only fitting that YOU should be a part of our creations!!   Each month we look for a customer or two to design with one of our kits!    We'd love to see your creativity!!   You do not need to be a member of our Monthly Scrapbooking Club in order to be a Customer Designer.   The only requirement is that you have a blog or some sort of forum that you can post your creations online for our customers to be able to view your work.   The kit & everything you create with it are yours to keep.   If you are interested, please send Sheila an email today!!     

Taxes:

Scrappin' Great Deals is located in Ontario, Canada & we offer worldwide shipping.  In accordance with our taxation laws, we are required to charge Retail Sales Tax (PST) where applicable & the Goods & Services Tax (GST) for orders within Canada.  Please see our chart below for details on taxes: 

Ontario Residents:    8% (PST) + 5% (GST)

Other Provinces:       5% (GST)

HST Provinces:        5% + 8% (HST combined)

United States            N/A (orders shipped outside of Canada - no sales tax)

Other Countries:      N/A

Using PayPal:

PayPal is integrated directly into the payment options of our Website.  Simply choose PayPal as your payment method and you will be redirected to PayPal's website for payment.  When using PayPal, if for any reason we need to refund you; it will be done via PayPal :)  

Shopping in person:

Scrappin' Great Deals is both an on-line & retail store.   You are welcome to shop 24 hours a day from the comfort of your own home at www.scrappingreatdeals.com.  or you can visit us in person at our shop located at 26 Kilworth Park Dr. in Kilworth.    We are in the Kilworth Plaza, directly behind the Hillside Restaurant.   From London Ontario, take Oxford Street W. until you come to Kilworth - the plaza we are located in is on your left-hand side :)      You are also welcome to order on-line and pick your order up.  You will be notified by email once your order is available for pick-up.  Pick up orders require a minimum 48 hours to be processed.  GPS Coordinates:  N42° 57.692' W 81° 23.999'

Shipping:

Scrappin' Great Deals is happy to provide Worldwide shipping!  See "Shipping" for more details.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 - 72 hours of us receiving them.  We use Canada Post Expedited Service for shipment of our parcels.  If you would like your parcel shipped using a different carrier, please let us know & in these cases exact shipping charges will apply.  Please note that should part of your order be out of stock & expected to arrive back in our shop within 5 days of us receiving your order, we will hold your order until everything can be shipped together.  Should this ever be the case, you will be advised via email right away so that you know when to expect your order. If an item on your order is not expected to arrive back in stock within 5 days, we will happily ship what is available right away, with a a follow up shipment for your backorder.   Again, should this be the case, you will receive an email from us so that you know what items are on the way.   Shipping costs for your backorder will be paid for by Scrappin' Great Deals - some exceptions do apply - See Backorders for details. 

Within Canada - For orders less than $125 (before taxes) shipping is a flat rate of $9 + applicable taxes.  

Within Canada - For orders of more than $125 (before taxes); shipping is free

Shipments to the USA - For orders of $0.00 - $75.99 - $12 Flat Rate

Shipments to the USA - For orders of $76 + $174.99 - $16 Flat Rate

Shipments to the USA - For orders of $175+ - shipping is free

International orders will be charged exact shipping.   Exact shipping will not be shown on your order - this will be a separate charge.

Multiple/Group Orders:

We encourage customers to place group orders with their friends!   Not only does this save everyone money on shipping costs; it also helps our environment with less packaging materials being used.   When placing a group order, please place one combined order with one payment.   We will package & ship the items to one address ... you can then divvy it up with your friends & get scrappin' !!   This is a fantastic way for everyone, including our environment to benefit!

Pick-up Orders:

Backorders:

The world of scrapbooking is an ever-growing paradise of papers, do-dads, which-a-ma-call-its & MORE!   Because our shop is both online with a full store-front, we cannot guarantee availability of products when orders are placed.  If you can imagine it .... there are both internet shoppers & in-person shoppers here at the very same time.   As you are placing your order online, an in-store customer may have the last item you are looking for in their shopping basket ..... and while you are driving to our store, we may have just pulled the item you are looking for, for an on-line customer.   We do our best to keep items rolling in & have UPS shipments arriving at least 3 times per week!    If at anytime a product has sold out, we will happily ship your backordered items to you, with free shipping.  Certain conditions do apply.   Sheets of paper & cardstock will not be backordered.  Bottles of Stickles will not be backorder.   This is due to the high costs to ship these items due to Canada Post's sizing requirements.   Free shipment of backorders applies after part of your original order is shipped.   Meaning, if your entire order is on backorder, standard shipping still applies.  Should part of your order be available when placed & the rest is expected to arrive in our shop within a 5 day period, we will hold your order so that it will ship in its entirety.   If this is the case, you will be notified as to when your parcel will be shipping.   

You will always receive an email to confirm the status of your order.   If at any point you wish to cancel a backorder, we totally understand.   As soon as an item is out of stock we re-order that very same day.   Some items arrive back in our shop within a week or two .... other items take longer.   This is totally out of our control.   It is dependant upon our suppliers having the items in stock.  We totally recognize that our customers are anxious to receive their ordered items & we always do our utmost to get items back in stock as quickly as possible.  Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.   Items that have been on backorder for more than 30 days will be cancelled.  Customers will always be notified should this be the case with their backorder.   Once a backorder is cancelled & the original order is closed, the item can be reordered at a later time should we be able to get it back in stock (standard shipping will apply to your new order).

Although we are not hiring at the moment, you are welcome to send in your resume which we will keep on file for 6 months.   Should we require additional staff, we will go through all of the resumes we have on file.   Qualifications that we seek when hiring:   Self-motivated; hard-working; honest; knowledge of our industry; someone able to work some closing shifts & some weekends, some computer work.   Pay starts at $12/hour & you will receive an employee discount for store purchases.   Resumes can be forwarded to:  Sheila at Scrappin' Great Deals, 26 Kilworth Park Dr. RR#5 Komoka, ON   N0L 1R0.   No phone calls please.  You are also welcome to drop your resume off at the front counter. 

Security:

Scrappin' Great Deals has taken every precaution to ensure your information is kept 100% confidential and SAFE!  All orders placed, no matter how payment is made, is done so on a 100% SECURE site.

Payment Options:

For your convenience, you may submit payment using:   Visa, MasterCard, money order, PayPal .   The computer does not process your payment - we manually process all credit card payments once your order is ready for shipping :)
