Scrappin' Great Deals Shipping Information

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of us receiving them; provided that all of the items are in-stock.  You will receive a detailed email regarding the shipping of your order. We use Canada Post Expedited Service for shipment of our parcels.  If you would like your parcel shipped using a different carrier, please let us know - in these cases exact shipping charges will apply.

Shipping within Canada: 

     $0.00 - $99.99 (before taxes) = flat rate of $9.50 + applicable taxes

     $100.00+ (before taxes) = FREE Shipping!  

Reduced shipping:

Should the item(s) you've ordered fit into a flat envelope, we will reduce shipping costs for you.  Reduced shipping costs would apply to items such as flat dies.  As an example, we can ship 2 or 3 thin dies (such as Memory Box) in an envelope for approximately $3 - $5.  If your order meets our reduced shipping qualifications, we will automatically adjust your shipping costs and email you a new total, and/or, refund you with any over-payments.  Reduced shipping will not appear in your shopping cart - this is applied from our end.  You will always be informed if your order qualifies.  Please note:  orders shipped in an envelope will not have a tracking number.

Pick Up Orders:

If you live in the London, Ontario area and wish to pick your order up, you may do so at one of our "pop-up shops".  You can click here to view where we will be.   Simply place your order online & select "Ontario Pick-Up" as your delivery option.  Pick up orders must allow a minimum of 48 hours for order processing. You will be contacted by email once your order is ready.  Be sure to indicate at which location you will be picking your order up, so that we are sure to bring it with us.  Please note:  to help us better track inventory, pick-up orders are to be paid for at the time the order is placed.  If you are uncomfortable with online shopping, you are welcome to call us with your payment information (519-473-5751).  We appreciate your understanding with this new policy. 

Backorder Policies:

The world of scrapbooking and card-making is an ever-growing paradise of papers, stamps, gadgets and more!   As much as we try, we cannot 100% guarantee availability of products. If you can imagine it; we may only have 1 of the items left that you are ordering from your home, yet another customer has it in their shopping basket at one of our "pop-up shops" waiting to purchase it.  We strive to keep as much stock as we can, but sometimes we do run out.  At times we may have the product on order, however, the supplier is awaiting their own shipment to arrive.  With all of this being said, we will always inform you of any backorders or delays.  It is always our goal to get you the items you need (want .. LOL!). Due to increased shipping costs, we will no longer be shipping backorders at our expense. When placing an order, if an item is on backorder, we will contact you by email, and you will be given the option to:  a) cancel the sold out item & have your total adjusted; b) wait for the backorder item to arrive so that your order will ship complete; or, c) pay a quoted shipping fee to have the out-of-stock item shipped to you as soon as it is back in stock (the backorder item shipping fee will depend upon size and weight of the item).
