Pick up orders:
If you live in the London, Ontario area and wish to pick your order up
... simply place your order online & select "Ontario Pick-Up" as your
delivery option. We will then put your order together for you to
come and pick up. Pick up orders must allow a minimum of 48
hours for order processing - you will be contacted via email once your
order is ready for pick up. Please note the following:
Pick up orders that are COD will be held for a maximum of 21 days,
after that time your order will be cancelled. If you have
paid for your pick up order online, we will hold your order for a
maximum of 30 days. After 30 days your order will
be shipped to you - standard shipping rates will apply. We
don't have the space to hold a lot of orders for long periods of time &
appreciate your understanding with this policy.

Please allow for extra delivery time for parcels shipped to the US (generally within 2 weeks you will receive your parcel).
We use the services of Canada Post, Expedited Service for delivery of our parcels. Should you wish your package to be shipped using a different carrier, please let us know & in these cases, exact shipping charges will apply.
Orders outside of the US & Canada:
For International orders outside of Canada and the US, exact shipping costs will be charged based on the size and weight of parcel. This cost will appear as a separate charge once shipping costs have been calculated.
