Pre-Order Items:             Back to FAQ

Some of the products listed on our site are "pre-orders". This means that our inventory has not yet arrived.  Once our inventory does arrive, all pre-orders are filled, in the order we received them, as quickly as possible.  Payments for pre-orders will be processed approximately one week prior to shipping.  Please do not include regular merchandise with each of your pre-orders, unless you are willing to wait for everything to arrive for shipping.  We truly appreciate your assistance with this as it makes tracking orders much easier :)

Every Wednesday starting at approximately 10am until ????, we feature our famous 12 Hour Special!!   Ok, it's generally longer than 12 hours, we are just hooked on the name!!   During the time our 12 hour special is running, Scrappin' Great Deals offers extraordinary deals!!!   Trust us, this is one sale worth coming back for!! Each week is different & it is always an event worth checking out!  Unless otherwise stated, special pricing will be in effect only while supplies last - once sold out, sale items will not be backordered & there are no rain checks or substitutions.   Remember to shop early for best selection :)

You never have to wait for  a sale at Scrappin' Great Deals!!!   At approximately 10am each morning, Scrappin' Great Deals features 10 items on sale at fantastic savings!   These items will be available at their sale prices on the day featured, only while supplies last!   Sale items will not be backordered & there are no rain-checks or substitutions.  Sold on a first come basis.

Scrappin' Great Deals is located in Ontario, Canada; and offers shipping within the country of Canada.  In accordance with our taxation laws, we are required to charge appropriate taxes for the area you reside in.  Please see our chart below for details on taxes:

As of December 15, 2016, Scrappin' Great Deals is closing our brick & mortar store, but rest assured, WE ARE NOT CLOSING!!  We are simply changing things up a bit.  Starting Friday, December 16, 2016, we will now be 24/7 on-line store with all the perks of a "Pop-Up" Shop!!  You can shop 24 hours a day from the comfort of your own home at www.scrappingreatdeals.com.  Or, you can visit us in person at one of our amazing "Pop-Up" Shops that we will be hosting at various venues/events throughout SW Ontario!  Our website, newsletter and facebook are your best ways to stay "in-the-know"!  On our website, you can visit "Crops/Classes/Events" for updates and details!  We would love to see you!    

Shipping & Backorder Policies:        Back to FAQ

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of us receiving them.  We use Canada Post Expedited Service for shipment of our parcels.  If you would like your parcel shipped using a different carrier, please let us know - in these cases exact shipping charges will apply.

The world of scrapbooking and card-making is an ever-growing paradise of papers, stamps, gadgets and more!   As much as we try, we cannot 100% guarantee availability of every product listed. If you can imagine it; we may only have 1 of the items left that you are ordering from your home, yet another customer has it in their shopping basket at one of our "pop-up" shops, waiting to purchase it.  We strive to keep as much stock as we can, but sometimes we do run out.  At times we may have the product on order, however, the supplier is awaiting their own shipment to arrive.  With all of this being said, we will always inform you of any backorders or delays.  It is always our goal to get you the items you need (want .. LOL!). Due to increased shipping costs, we will no longer be shipping backorders at our expense. When placing an order, if an item is on backorder, we will contact you by email, and you will be given the option to:  a) cancel the sold out item & have your total adjusted; b) wait for the backorder item to arrive so that your order will ship complete; or, c) pay a quoted shipping fee to have the out-of-stock item shipped to you as soon as it is back in stock (the backorder item shipping fee will depend upon size and weight of the item)    

Effective immediately, due to new insurance policy, Scrappin' Great Deals, is now only shipping within the country of Canada.  We apologize for any disappointment. See Shipping for more details.

Canada:   $0.00 - $99.99 (pre-tax) = flat rate shipping of $9.50 + applicable taxes

Canada:  $100.00+ (pre-tax) = Free Shipping*

(*some exclusions may apply for heavy machines such as the Big Shot, etc., where we will share shipping costs with Customer)

 

Group orders with friends:             Back to FAQ

We encourage customers to place group orders with their friends!   Not only does this save everyone money on shipping costs; it also helps our environment with less packaging materials being used.   When placing a group order, please place one order with one payment.   We will package & ship the items to one address ... you can then divvy it up with your friends & get scrappin' !!   This is a fantastic way for everyone, including our environment to benefit!

Pick-up orders:            Back to FAQ

If you wish to pick your order up, you may do so at one of our "Pop-up" shops.  You can click here to view where we will  throughout 2017.   Simply place your order online & select "Ontario Pick-Up" as your delivery option.  Pick up orders must allow a minimum of 48 hours for order processing. You will be contacted by email once your order is ready.  Be sure to indicate at which location you will be picking your order up, so that we are sure to bring it with us.  Please note:  to help us better track inventory, pick-up orders are to be paid for at the time the order is placed.  If you are uncomfortable with online shopping, you are welcome to call us with your payment information (519-473-5751).  We accept:  Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Email Transfer (EMT) or Money Order.  We appreciate your understanding with this new policy. 

 

"Shop & Ship" Program!            Back to FAQ

Here at SGD's we offer a very unique shopping program ... "Shop & Ship"!  This is a program where you can shop for 7 days & then have your combined orders ship to you together in one parcel!   This saves you shipping expenses & helps our enviornment with less shipping materials.  If you would like to try our "Shop & Ship" program simply place a note in the customer's notes section of your shopping cart stating "Shop & Ship".  We will hold orders for up to 7 days. Free shipping applies after the sub-totals of your orders is $100+ (before taxes).  Any adjustments to shipping charges will be done by us prior to your box of products shipping to you on day 7.  We will personally email you all of the details and totals for your orders and there will always be detailed invoices inside your parcel.  We can only hold parcels until the date stated in your email.  Many customers take advantage of this unique program & we don't have the room to hold parcels for longer periods of time. This is a great way not only to save on shipping costs, but to also take advantage of our daily sales and grab new items before they sell out!  Our hopes are that we can all make a difference in saving you money on shpping costs & helping the enviornment with less packaging materials.  Together we can make a difference!!

* Returns must be presented within 14 days of purchase date with your original receipt.

* Returns presented after 14 days and/or without original receipt, will be given store credit less 25%

On-Line Orders:   We ship parcels via Canada Post, Expedited Service.   Parcels are packaged with the utmost care by our shipping department.   Our standard return policies are stated above.  If an item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.   Returns must include your invoice and order number.   Returns must be shipped with the same quality of packaging and type of shipping.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Scrappin' Great Deals has taken every precaution to ensure your information is kept 100% confidential and SAFE!  All orders placed, no matter how payment is made, is done so on a 100% SECURE and professional site.

For your convenience, you may submit payment using:   Visa, MasterCard, *Email Transfer (EMT), PayPal, **Money Order .   The computer does not process your payment - we manually process all credit card payments once your order is ready for shipping.  If there are any changes to your total due to reduced shipping or unavailable product, we will advise you right away :) 

                  

*Payments made by EMT (Email Transfer), can be emailed to Sheila at:  scrappinsheila@rogers.com.  Please be sure to email Sheila the code word.   

**Payment made by money order, is to be made payable to "Scrappin' Great Deals" and mailed to:  Sheila Mankulich (SGD), 37 Stephen Moore Dr., RR #5, Komoka, ON, Canada, N0L 1R0.  Your order will ship after payment has been received.
