Pre-Order Items:             Back to FAQ

Some of the products listed on our site are "pre-orders" ... this means that our inventory has not yet arrived or that it is a special order item.  Once our inventory does arrive, all pre-orders are filled, in the order we received them, as quickly as possible.  Payments for pre-orders is not processed until we are getting ready to ship your items to you.    All pre-orders must be in a separate order - please do not include regular merchandise with your pre-order - we truly appreciate your assistance with this as it makes tracking orders much easier :)

Every Wednesday starting at approximately 10am until ????, we feature our famous 12 Hour Special!!   Ok, it's generally longer than 12 hours, we are just hooked on the name!!   During the time our 12 hour special is running, Scrappin' Great Deals offers extraordinary deals!!!   Trust us, this is one sale worth coming back for!! Each week is different & it is always an event worth checking out!  The minute you see our sale posted (see main page of website bottom left-side for updates), you can start shopping!  Unless otherwise stated, special pricing will be in effect only while supplies last - once sold out, sale items will not be backordered & there are no rain checks or substitutions.   Remember to shop early for best selection :)

You never have to wait for  a sale at Scrappin' Great Deals!!!   At approximately 10am each morning, Scrappin' Great Deals features 10 items on sale at fantastic savings!   As with all of our sales, you can shop in-person or online!    These items will be available at their sale prices on the day featured, only while supplies last!   Sale items will not be backordered & there are no rain-checks or substitutions

PayPal is integrated directly into the payment options of our Website.  Simply choose PayPal as your payment method and you will be redirected to PayPal's website for payment.  When using PayPal, if for any reason we need to refund you; it will be done via PayPal :)

Scrappin' Great Deals is both an on-line & retail store.   You are welcome to shop 24 hours a day from the comfort of your own home at www.scrappingreatdeals.com.  or you can visit us in person at our 3,400 sq.ft store!  We are located at 26 Kilworth Park Dr. in Kilworth (Komoka), Ontario.    We are in the Kilworth Plaza, at the backside of the plaza (a little hidden gem!!).  From London Ontario, take Oxford Street W. until you come to Kilworth - the plaza we are located in is on your left-hand side :)      You are also welcome to order on-line and pick your order up.  When doing so, you must allow a minimum 48 hours for your order to be processed - you will be notified by email once your order is available for pick-up.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 - 36 hours of us receiving them.  We use Canada Post Expedited Service for shipment of our parcels.  If you would like your parcel shipped using a different carrier, please let us know - in these cases exact shipping charges will apply.

The world of scrapbooking and card-making is an ever-growing paradise of papers, stamps, gadgets and more!   Because our shop is both online with a 3400 retail store front, we cannot guarantee availability of products.  If you can imagine it ... there are both internet and in-store shoppers making purchases at the very same time.  As you are placing your order online, a shopper in the store may have the last item you are looking for in their shopping basket .... and while you are driving to our store, we may have just pulled the last one of the item you are wanting for an online customer.   We do our best to keep items rolling in & have shipments arriving 2-3 times per week.  With that being said, popular items do sell out quickly & we are at the mercy of product availability through our suppliers.  It is possible for you to receive notice that an item has sold out by the time you place your order.   

Effective July 30, 2012, SGD's backorder policies are as follows:   If an item on your order is sold out and expected to arrive back in stock within 10 days, we will hold your order until everything can be shipped together.   If an item on your order is sold out and not expected to arrive back in stock with 10 days, the item will be removed from your order.  We will send you an email to let you know once the item does arrive back in stock, should you wish to reorder at that time.

Canada:   $0.00 - $74.99 (pre-tax) = flat rate shipping of $8.50 + applicable taxes

Canada:  $75.00+ (pre-tax) = Free Shipping*

USA:  $0.00 - $74.99 = $9.00 flat rate

USA:  $75.00+ = Free Shipping *

(*some exclusions may apply for heavy machines such as the Big Shot, etc., where we will share shipping costs with Customer)

Overseas International orders will be charged exact shipping.   Exact shipping will not appear in your shopping cart - this will be a separate charge.

We encourage customers to place group orders with their friends!   Not only does this save everyone money on shipping costs; it also helps our environment with less packaging materials being used.   When placing a group order, please place one order with one payment.   We will package & ship the items to one address ... you can then divvy it up with your friends & get scrappin' !!   This is a fantastic way for everyone, including our environment to benefit!

On-Line Orders:   We ship parcels via Canada Post.   Parcels are packaged with the utmost care by our shipping department.   Our standard return policies are stated above.  If an item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.   Returns must include your invoice and order number.   Returns must be shipped with the same quality of packaging and type of shipping.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For your convenience, you may submit payment using:   Visa, MasterCard, money order, PayPal .   The computer does not process your payment - we manually process all credit card payments once your order is ready for shipping :)
